Loading Dock
The convention center has ten covered loading docks with dock levelers for easy loading and unloading. The docks are located on the first floor Exhibition Hall Level along the north side of the facility facing Northwest Highway. The loading docks provide direct access to the Exhibition Hall and service elevators to the Meeting Room and Ballroom Levels. There is a dry storage area located there, as well as on each level of the convention center.
The security offices and the loading dock manager's office are located in the loading dock area to control access and to maintain an efficient loading area. Parking and traffic rules in the loading dock are strictly enforced. Check with the loading dock manager's office prior to your arrival to coordinate your loading or unloading time.
Boneyard
Space is located just north of the loading dock. Contact the loading dock manager's office to arrange use.
