Attendees

Conveniently located in the Las Colinas Urban Center, central to both Dallas and Fort Worth, the Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas is a refreshing departure from the institutional big box. Clad in copper and designed with you in mind, the facility features unique indoor and outdoor spaces to meet with colleagues, catch up with work or just take a few moments to relax.

Designed to Surpass Your Expectations

The center is divided into three main levels with a 50,000-square-foot exhibition hall on the first floor. Immediately above the first floor, our mezzanine level features a relaxing cafe and outdoor, covered terrace with access from both inside and outside the facility. The meeting and junior ballroom level is divided into 11 dedicated meeting rooms, one dedicated board room and a junior ballroom. An exceptionally well-appointed 20,000-square-foot grand ballroom and prefunction area is located on the top level of the convention center. Many of the materials used in the interior finish out, while exceptionally high-end, are constructed of either recycled or locally sourced materials.

Getting to the ICCLC and surrounding development is easy with the recently-opened Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) Orange Line, which connects into Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. The first six stops into and out of the airport are in Irving, and the Orange Line continues straight into downtown Dallas. DART provides visitors easy access to arts, entertainment and businesses throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Once here, Irving offers a diverse selection of rooming options with more than 75 hotels ranging from luxury resort to all-suite extended stay to economy - fitting the needs of any budget. There are also a variety of dining options in Irving, with more than 400 restaurants within the city limits alone, ranging from traditional TexMex and barbeque, to international flare and elegance. Off-the-clock, hometown favorites include the National Scouting Museum, Mustangs of Las Colinas Sculpture and Exhibit, Irving Arts Center, Irving’s Heritage District, and water activities such as Gondola rides, dual paddle boats and stand-up paddle boards on the European-style Mandalay Canal and adjoining Lake Carolyn. And with a central location between two major metropolitan cities, amusement parks, sporting venues, art museums, and world-class shopping and dining are right outside your doorstep.
